Name: Teddy
Breed: Border Terrier
Sex: Male
Age: 20 Months
Colour: Grizzle & Black
Dog friendly: Yes with Gentle intros
Cats: Yes
Children: 12+

Little Teddy is a lovely, friendly chap and happy to greet everyone.

He is currently living with an older dog and a cat without any issues but is quite anxious when meeting new dogs out, so gentle introductions are needed and he does require some training on this front to help regain his confidence around other strange dogs.

He is currently living in a suburban area and it is mainly lead walking and busy parks and the current owner is finding it a struggle to walk both dogs together because of their differing needs.

He is a fabulous little chap and would be much better suited to more open space where the dog density is visible and lower and he can then meet some new doggy friends to walk and interact with.

This handsome lad is a real 'must' for any Border fans and just requires a little time and patience

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and  neutered  where medically appropriate.

Please note that due to limited resources we are only able to rehome our dogs within a 20 mile radius of Reigate.

Name: Bennett
Breed: Terrier
Sex:

Male

Age: 6 Years
Colour: Tri-colour
Dog friendly: Yes
Cats: No
Children: 18+

Bennett is a shy and timid little man, but once you gain his trust he is such an affectionate little boy.

He mixes well with other dogs and loves his walks but is quite nervous with approaching strangers so does where a muzzle when he is out, but please don't let this put you off.

He is currently living in a suburban area along with an older female terrier but we do feel he would be suited to a quieter more rural environment with or without a canine companion but would enjoy meeting doggy friends on a walk etc.

He is a super little man and is just looking for a calm and gentle home with terrier experience to work with his anxieties.

If you feel you can help and offer him a place on your sofa, please complete our rehoming application.

Name: Billy Boy
Breed: Fell Terrier
Sex: Male
Age: 2 Years
Colour: Black & Tan
Dog friendly: Yes - Needs gentle intros outside and to be the only pet in the house
Cats: No
Children: 12+

Billy is a very handsome and cheeky Fell Terrier, full of mischief and real little monkey!!!

He has had a very poor start in life and was rescued by his previous owners to get him out of a very traumatic situation. They worked very hard with our behaviourists but realised due to their own health issues that they would not be able to offer him a long term home.

He is currently in a terrier foster, but finding life there a bit too frenetic with six other terriers and whilst he is happy to walk calmly with them on lead outside, he would be best suited as an only dog in the house as he finds their vocalisation quite stressful.

He is extremely affectionate and very puppylike in his manner, and can get over excited in play but is very responsive to voice commands and very willing to please. He is quite worried by shouting and fast arm and leg movements and we are therefore looking for a calm and patient experienced terrier home, in a semi rural or rural situation to help him overcome his nerves.

He is a loveable rogue and with some work,  the right home will be rewarded with a fantastic little terrier😊

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and  neutered  where medically appropriate.

Name: Bridget
Breed: Jack Russell cross Yorkshire Terrier
Sex: Female
Age: 2 Years
Colour: Tan
Dog friendly: Yes
Cats: No
Children: 12+

Little Bridget has recently come into rescue after spending the majority of her life in a secluded stables and has not experienced many things nor many people, and everything is quite scary at the moment.

She is currently in foster, and is coming on in leaps and bounds with her confidence and is just learning to play and interact with toys.

We are looking for a quiet, semi rural home with a routine and a gentle approach to help introduce her to new things under guidance from our behaviourist. She is extremely affectionate and likes nothing more than being cuddled up on your lap.

She is nearly there with her house training, quite happy to travel in the car now and enjoys her field and woodland walks, but is worried by traffic which we are working on.

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and  neutered  where medically appropriate.

Please note that due to limited resources we are only able to rehome our dogs within a 20 mile radius of Reigate.

Name: Ollie
Breed: Dachshund Cross
Sex: Male
Age: 3 - 4 Years
Colour: Red
Dog friendly: See Below
Cats: No
Children: 16+

Ollie is a small , loveable, crossbreed boy who came into rescue after being found abandoned in a car.

Our vets believe him to be approximately 3 to 4 years old and whilst not quite sure what mix he is , he could possibly be  Mini Smooth Dachshund  cross Chihuahua/Terrier .

Ollie has settled well into his foster home & makes everyone laugh with his antics.  He is currently living with  two other dogs , and he absolutely adores & loves  playing with the smaller female one very much;  but can still be a bit worried & defensive around the larger boy.

He is houstrained, travels well and and settles down happily when left or at night

He loves his walks , doesn't mind the mud or snow,  but can be quite nervous& very vocal to strange dogs and people  Though once  he has spent some time with them, he is usually fine.  He prefers dogs similar to his own size , but remains wary of larger ones.

Ollie loves playing with his toys, especially balls , squeakies and de-stuffing toys & really is an affectionate, happy, fun little boy .  He would  love to live with another small, playful female dog (but its not essential)  , and  understanding owners to  help him overcome his initial nerves with strangers & other dogs.

We would be looking for a semi-rural home for Ollie, with low dog density out on walks to give him time to adjust , and owners prepared to help with his socialisation skills.

He would not be suitable to live with cats,   & small furries  would need to be very securely caged  - as he is very interested in them!

Please give this lovely, dinky little man a chance.

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and  neutered  where medically appropriate.
