Name: Wilson (RESERVED)
Breed: Cockerpoo
Sex: Male
Age: 14 Weeks
Colour: Black
Dog friendly: Yes
Cats: Unknown
Children: 10+

Wilson is a lovely Cocker Spaniel cross Poodle puppy who finds himself in rescue due to family circumstances.

He has just moved into a multi-dog, family foster home and is settling in well.

Please  bear in mind that puppies & young dogs  are not suitable to be left for long periods of time ( dog walkers popping in or daycare  are not acceptable) .  They also require time and commitment spent on training , to ensure that they mature into well rounded, good mannered & sociable adults.  Don't  just be swayed by a photo of a cute puppy, research your breed, its characteristics & traits carefully.

Different breeds suit different homes, lifestyles & experiences; and for both sides to have a long & happy relationship it has to be a good fit !!

Wilson will be  vaccinated &  microchipped, but will need to be neutered when six months old at his new owners expense, with evidence being provided to the rescue.

Please join our Facebook page and see  lots More Pictures & Videos HERE.

If you would like to apply to home Wilson , please complete our homing application HERE.

Name: Ollie
Breed: Dachshund Cross
Sex: Male
Age: 3 - 4 Years
Colour: Red
Dog friendly: See Below
Cats: No
Children: 16+

Ollie is a small , loveable, crossbreed boy who came into rescue after being found abandoned in a car.

Our vets believe him to be approximately 3 to 4 years old and whilst not quite sure what mix he is , he could possibly be  Mini Smooth Dachshund  cross Chihuahua/Terrier .

Ollie has settled well into foster with two other dogs , and he absolutely adores & loves  playing with the smaller female one very much;  but can still be a bit worried  when the larger boy wants to play.

He is houstrained, travels well and and settles down happily when left or at night

He loves his walks , doesn't mind the mud or snow,  but can be quite nervous/vocal to strange dogs and people  Though once  he has spent time with them, he is fine and after initial barks, walks happily & runs around with other dogs of all sizes .

Ollie loves playing with his toys, especially balls , squeakies and de-stuffing toys & really is an affectionate, happy, fun little boy .  He would  love to live with another small, playful female dog (but its not essential)  , and  understanding owners to  help him overcome his initial nerves with strangers & other dogs.

He would not be suitable to live with cats,   & small furries  would need to be very securely caged  - as he is very interested in them!

Please give this lovely, dinky little man a chance.

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and  neutered  where medically appropriate.

Name: Billy 2
Breed: Fell Terrier
Sex: Male
Age: 2 Years
Colour: Black & Tan
Dog friendly: Yes - Needs gentle intros
Cats: No
Children: 12+

Billy has come into rescue due to  allergies in the family.

He is a handsome little Fell Terrier , and anyone who loves this breed will adore him.

Billy has had a very poor start in life, and was rescued by his current owners from a very fraught situation.

They have been working very hard with him to build his confidence under guidance from our trainers and he is coming on in leaps and bounds but sadly due to health issues they are unable to offer him a longterm home.

Typical of his breed he is very quick to learn and very food orientated so he has quickly mastered, sit, down, stay and leave!  He is an extremely affectionate little boy, and is very keen to play and interact with you but is very excitable and puppylike 😊

Billy needs an experienced Terrier home with older children, a structured routine and gentle introductions to new dogs.  Anyone offering him a second chance will be rewarded with a fantastic little terrier 😊

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and  neutered  where medically appropriate.

Name: Bronson (RESERVED subject to Homecheck)
Breed: Staffie Cross
Sex: Male
Age: 14 months
Colour: Tan, white & Black
Dog friendly: Yes  - Needs gentle intros with exuberant, vocal dogs
Cats: No
Children: 8+

Handsome Bronson has come into rescue from a family home, who are sadly unable to give him the time and exercise he needs due to having young babies and toddlers in the household.

He is an extremely sensitive and soft boy and really struggled in boarding kennels, so has been in foster for the last couple of months and has really come out of his shell, greeting everyone with a lovely waggy tail and bottom before running off to find a toy for you to play with him with!!!!

He isn’t the bravest boy when out and about and needs an understanding owner to ‘jolly him along’.  He enjoys his walks out with his foster brothers and sisters but can be anxious when approached by a bouncy, vocal offlead dog, so more suited to quieter walking areas.  Typical Stafford, he is quite exuberant but is also happy to settle down with a large chew and occupy himself and can be left for short periods.

His original family describe him as "A loving, energetic boy who enjoys playing -  especially with his ball"

If you have a Bronson shaped hole in your life....please get in touch
