Please note that due to limited resources we are only able to rehome our dogs within a 20 mile radius of Reigate.
Epsom Canine Rescue was formed as a registered charity in 1995, and our work is carried out by a handful of dedicated volunteers in their spare time - we have no paid staff. Where possible all of our dogs prior to rehoming are neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.
Dogs
Thank you for taking the time to complete our questionnaire, and for choosing to adopt a rescue dog. When taking on any new pet, it is important to consider fully that this is a life-long commitment, that may be for 15 years or longer. Also, to appreciate that dogs of all ages (and backgrounds) will take time to settle into their new homes, and some will adapt more quickly than others. In the time leading up to adoption, rescue dogs may have had to cope with a number of changes including losing their previous homes and family, kennels, foster homes and vet visits before arriving at their new home, so they may take a little longer to settle.
Please Ensure that you have read our Homing Guidelines which can be found here before completing the Rehoming Questionnaire.
Please answer all questions fully, as this information helps us to ascertain if the dog you are interested in will be a good match for your family. If not, we may suggest another dog which is more suited to your lifestyle, needs and requirements .
We will endeavor to respond to your application as soon as possible. However, we are all volunteers (with other jobs & commitments) , so on occasion this may take a couple of days. If you would like to follow up your application, it would be helpful if you could do so through our 'Contact Us' page.
If you are just generally interested in rehoming a dog (but not necessarily a specific one listed on this site) please still use the form below.
Please complete this form and post it to the address on the form or scan and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Bill - a very cute 5 month old yorkie-poo, who has only just come into rescue.
As you would expect from such a young pup he is quite lively and playful, but gets on well with other dogs and seems pretty confident.
Bill is being re-homed as he was getting a little feisty with the young children in his previous home . He will also get growly & bitey if you take something he doesn't want to give up, or do something with him he doesn't like. So he definitely needs to learn some boundaries & manners, and this needs to be worked on using positive reinforcement. For this reason we will only consider homing Bill to families with older children, and who will commit to taking him to training classes.
He is only about the size of a yorkshire terrier, and has a fine poodle-type coat that will require grooming to prevent it becoming matted
Bill is most of the way there with his toliet training, and is dry through the night (he is crate trained) , but still has the odd accident during the day.
If you are interested in re-homing Bill, please complete our online homing application here
Please note that an increased puppy adoption fee of £180 will apply
Bill is vaccinated and microchipped. Any adoption will also be subject to a neutering agreement whereby the new family agrees that they will get Bill neutered (at their own cost ) once old enough, with veterinary evidence sent to the rescue
